In the international press, these video clips from Gaza are presented as local residents celebrating the ceasefire that ended the latest round of fighting between Israel and Hamas.
However, Hamas presented this as a clear-cut victory over Israel, and most Gazans agreed.
Hamas and its terrorist allies fired over 400 rockets at southern Israel, causing widespread damage, over a dozen injuries and one fatality. Most Israelis demanded that their government finally authorize the kind of military response that would put an end to the Hamas threat to their homes. But, instead, the Netanyahu government accepted an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire, and Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman resigned in protest.
Given those conditions, in particular Liberman's exit from the government, most Israeli were forced to reluctantly agree that Hamas had indeed won this round of fighting.

The audio is in Arabic, and the subtitles in Hebrew (Hamas wanted to make sure Israelis saw and understood), but the imagery is pretty clear:
