Terror groups fire rockets at Israeli cities

Two Kassam rockets were fired at the Israeli cities of Ashkelon and Sderot from Gaza on Sunday night. No injuries were reported.

The Islamic Jihad terrorist organization fired the rockets. They have refrained from recent clashes between Fatah and Hamas factions in the Gaza Strip.

Islamic Jihad’s statement claiming responsibility for the rockets, called on all Arab factions to unite toward the common goal of killing Jews.

The group has recently announced that it will begin firing improved rockets with longer ranges and larger explosives.

Sderot and other communities within rocket range fear once the Fatah and Hamas clashes end there will be an onslaught of rockets.
