Eleven Israeli companies will take part in the annual Paris Air Show this week in the French capital. The firms expect to sign deals worth a total $800 million during the event, reported Globes.

Most of the Israeli exhibits will center around stealth technologies and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), both of which are specialties of Israeli technologists and defense researchers.

Despite its small size, Israel is the fourth largest exporter of aviation and defense technology in the world, being outranked by only the US, Russia and France. Israeli aviation and defense exports in 2006 totaled $3.4 billion.
