Palestinians caught setting up Negev outpost

Israeli police last week dismantled a makeshift Palestinian outpost in Israel's southern Negev region, reported the Ma'ariv daily newspaper.

The small tent encampment was reportedly set up by 13 Palestinian laborers who were working inside sovereign Israel without proper permits.

The squatters were sent back to their home village in the vicinity of the Judean town of Hebron.

With their own government's inability to make efficient use of huge amounts of foreign financial aid (the Palestinians are the largest recipient per capita of civilian financial aid in the world), Palestinian laborers regularly infiltrate Israel in search of jobs.
