Soldier seriously wounded in terror drive-by

An Israeli soldier was seriously wounded when Palestinian terrorists opened fire on a hitchhiking post outside the Samarian town of Ariel on Wednesday.

The victim suffered at least three bullet wounds to his pelvis and limbs.

A second victim was lightly wounded when the terrorists shot at a passing vehicle before fleeing the scene.

Police said the assailants were driving a car with Palestinian license plates.
