New symbol of the struggle

Instead of the Star of David badge campaign against the disengagement plan women from the hills south of Hebron came up with a new symbol for the struggle: an orange band, much like the red AIDS ribbon. It will also be a sign of solidarity with the settlers of Gush Katif. Members of Sharon’s Likud Party Yuli Edelstein and Ehud Yatom are already donning the ribbons.
