Arabs block road, attack Jews in Samaria

Israel National News reported that on Saturday Palestinian Arabs in the region of Samaria used large stones to block a narrow road leading to a newly established Jewish neighborhood near the town of Beit-El.

When a group of Jewish youth arrived after Shabbat on Saturday evening to clear away the roadblock, local Arabs began pelting them with rocks, wounding at least three of the young Israelis.

Jewish leaders in Beit-El later complained that a number of the youth were briefly detained by the army for hurling stones back at their Arab assailants, while none of the attacking Palestinians were arrested.
