IDF troops kill two wanted Hamas militants

Two Palestinian militants, members of the radical Islamic movement Hamas, were killed by the Israel Defense Forces troops on Wednesday morning in an operation in a West Bank village northwest of Ramallah, Israel Radio reported. The troops surrounded a house in the village, calling on the occupants to leave before entering to search the premises. According to an Army spokesman, the militants opened fire on the IDF troops and fire was returned, killing the two Palestinians.
