At least two rockets fired by Gaza-based Palestinian forces slammed into the southern Israel town of Sderot while local residents were attending a Holocaust memorial ceremony on Wednesday evening.

There were no injuries in the attack.

On Thursday, Gaza terrorists fired at least 10 rockets at Sderot and neighboring communities. One rocket landed next to an Israeli high school, sending a number of students into severe shock.

In related news, Israel's air force, acting on concrete intelligence, launched a pinpoint air strike Thursday morning that killed one of the terrorists involved in the 2006 abduction of IDF Corporal Gilad Shalit.
