Israel will renew ties with Palestinian Authority

Wednesday, January 19, 2005 |

Israeli and Palestinian security officials will meet Wednesday night to begin coordinating a response to the Qassam attack. The decision was taken in order to give the Palestinian Authority a chance to stop the attacks, although the IDF has been instructed to prepare for a large-scale operation in the Gaza Strip in the event the PA fails to reign in the terror.
