Israeli businessman kidnapped in Africa

An Israeli businessman has been kidnapped in the West Africa nation of Ghana, it was reported on Friday.

The kidnappers are reportedly demanding a $300,000 ransom.

Negotiations with the kidnappers are being coordinated through the Israeli Embassy in Nigeria, since Israel has no diplomatic representation in Ghana.
