Legendary boxing promoter Don King on Monday professed a deep sense of love and admiration for Israel and the Jewish people.
In an interview with The Jerusalem Post, King said that he had attended numerous Passover Seders over the years as he feels there is "great commonality" between Israel's historic struggles and those of African Americans.
King said he wished more African Americans would "emulate and imitate the saga of the Jewish struggle."
King is in Israel as a speaker at the 10th anniversary of the Shimon Peres Center for Peace.
