Talks on Judea and Samaria pullout

Israeli Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz is due to meet today with senior Palestinian security official Mohammed Dahlan, to discuss the handover of four towns in Judea and Samaria. Palestinian police are preparing take control of Ramallah, Kalkiliya, Tulkarem and Jericho, once the Israeli army pulls out. Security sources say that Israel will stop tracking down wanted terrorists in areas taken over by Palestinian police--effectively an amnesty.
