A top advisor to "moderate" Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad on Monday said that Arabs in Jerusalem who sell land to Jews should be executed.
Hatem Abdel Kader made the remark in response to a Ynet report that the Palestinian Authority had been compelled to release several Jerusalem Arabs who had sold land to Jews after coming under pressure from Israel to do so.
Kader said that the PA was having difficulty prosecuting the Jerusalem Arabs due to Israeli interference, but insisted that the investigation into their land dealings continues, and that his government plans harsh punishments for those guilty of selling to Jews.
