Palestinians angry over barrier vote

The decision to include two settlement blocs within the security barrier infuriated the Palestinians, who described it as de-facto annexation. "This really undermines efforts to revive a meaningful peace process," said chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat. "This Israeli government is dictating the outcome of the negotiations before they begin."
