Palestinian Authority Minister of Economy Hassan Abu Libdeh this week complained that Palestinian Arabs in Judea and Samaria buy $500 million worth of products made in Israeli settlements every year.
Speaking at a meeting of the PA Chamber of Commerce in the Samarian town of Nablus, Libdeh said 2009 would be the last year that the sale of settler-produced goods would be allowed.
However, Libdeh said the PA will continue to abide by the 1994 Paris Protocol and allow goods produced inside Israel's pre-1967 borders to be sold to Palestinians.
