People on the street in Ramallah told an Israeli television reporter that they are sick and tired of the bombings and they want a return to normalcy and peace and quiet. They chanted slogans such as: "Our beloved Jihad blew up Tel Aviv," and "No peace with Israelis." Bloodied effigies of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and President George W. Bush lay “dead” on the ground.
