Pullout talks hit a snag

Wednesday, March 09, 2005 |
Talks to finalize the Jericho and Tulkarem pullouts hit a snag today, as Israeli and Palestinian commanders failed to reach agreement on security arrangements. Israel is reluctant to remove the roadblock because it would give terrorists easy access to nearby Jerusalem.
