No more Palestinian workers in Israel by 2008

The Israeli army Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Shaul Ya’alon says Israel plans to phase out all Palestinian laborers within the next three years because suicide bombers entered the country along with the workers. It's a major blow to the already collapsed economy in Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip, where there's little work and wages are low. But after more than 100 suicide bombings in the past four and a half years of conflict, Israel's strategy is clear--it wants a divorce.
