Believer helps defend Israel on 'Iron Dome' battery

One of the big stories of the late 2012 Gaza War was the overwhelming success of Israel’s “Iron Dome” anti-missile defense system. An idea originally scoffed at by many Israeli leaders, the Iron Dome managed to knock down hundreds of Hamas missiles that would have otherwise struck Israeli population centers.

At the height of the missile attacks, Israel Today correspondent David Lazarus traveled to Beersheva to visit with Elisha, a Messianic Jewish soldier serving with an Iron Dome crew tasked with protecting the city.
