Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz met Palestinian Cabinet Minister Mohammed Dahlan; Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia held talks with Israeli Vice Premier Shimon Peres; and Palestinian chief negotiator Saeb Erekat met with Dov Weisglass, a senior Sharon adviser. But Israel says it will not move into the roadmap until the Palestinians begin to take the plan’s first step--dismantling terrorist groups.
