The New Year for Trees - Tu B'Shvat - is a joyous festival.
In addition to planting trees, the fruit of the land is eaten and enjoyed. A blessing is said thanking God that He sustained us and allowed us to reach this time of celebration. The holiday is celebrated with wine, Torah reading and our thankfulness is expressed with a lot of singing.
Celebrate with us by partaking in some produce of Eretz Israel like dates, dried seasonal fruits, organic tea and wildflower honey!
