Israeli troops shot and killed a Palestinian terrorist in the Rafah refugee camp in Gaza. The army said soldiers returned fire after gunmen shot rifles and aimed anti-tank grenades at an Israeli position. The dead man was identified as a 22-year-old member of the Islamic terrorist group Hamas. There have been sporadic clashes in Gaza despite the cease-fire declared in February.
