Palestinians Name Youth Camp After Blood-Soaked Terrorist

Let’s say that you’re involved in a blood feud with a neighboring family.

A member of that family murders one of your children.

Some time later, the neighboring family says it wants to enter discussions to end the feud.

But at the same time, they put a big sign out front of their house honoring the murderous family member that took the life of your child.

Would you still believe their overture of peace to be genuine?

That’s precisely what Israel is dealing with in it’s conflict with the Palestinian Authority.

They say they want peace. They shout as much at the top of their lungs when the international community is listening.

But then they turn around and glorify those Palestinians who have murdered Israeli men, women and children.

Not only is it a slap in Israel’s face, such behavior encourages even more Palestinians to carry out even more acts of murder.

And they call this a foundation for peace?

The most recent example of this disturbing phenomenon occurred last week when the Palestinian Authority named yet another government-backed youth camp after the terrorist Dalal Mughrabi.

Mughrabi is famous for one reason, and one reason alone.

In 1978, she led a squad of Palestinian terrorists in hijacking a public bus on Israel’s coastal highway. Mughrabi and her men mercilessly slaughtered 38 Israeli men, women and children and wounded another 70.

For this she is honored.

And Palestinian children are encouraged to see her as a role model.

Peace can never be established upon such foundations.
