The Palestinian Authority built a "women's center" in Burqa with aid that originated with Norway. They placed the Norwegian Foreign Ministry's logo on the building in recognition of the funding.
And then... the PA promptly dedicated the center in honor of Dalal Mughrabi the terrorist that carried out one of the most deadly and gruesome terror attacks in Israel's history.
35 Israeli civilians were killed, including 12 children in the Coastal Road Massacre in 1978. Dalal Mughrabi was the commander of the terrorist cell that carried out the attack. She was eliminated in the ensuing battle between the terrorists and Israeli security forces.
Norwegian Foreign Minister Børge Brende strongly opposed the move by the PA and demanded that the Norwegian Foreign Ministry's logo be immediately removed from the building and that the aid money used to fund the construction be returned.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry issued a statement saying, "Norway took the right step. A firm stance against the commemoration of terrorists is an integral part of the international effort to eradicate terrorism. We recommend that the international community thoroughly check where their money is invested in the Palestinian Authority and we expect all project partners to act as Norway did."
