Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has blasted opponents of his Gaza withdrawal plan, accusing them of “unbridled attacks” against the government. “I want to tell all those who are participating in incitement and related activities: The decision is not easy but it will be carried out in full and therefore, all of the various activities are only causing needless suffering to the settlers,” Sharon told ministers responsible for the so-called “disengagement. “ He said demonstrations and vandalism won't stop him from dismantling 21 Gaza settlements. “The evacuation will take place exactly on schedule," Sharon said, referring to the mid-August target date. They don't call Sharon “the bulldozer” for nothing.
