The US has halted cooperation with Israel on several military projects because of Israeli hi-tech arms sales to China. America has stopped delivery of sensitive equipment and frozen Israel out of development of the next generation F-35 warplane. The US says technology given to Israel for its own defense was passed on to China in Israeli-made equipment. Israel's Defense Ministry said it is "holding quiet talks with the US to resolve...a misunderstanding."
