We must think again [about the withdrawal].” Past protests in which demonstrators blocked the roads and crippled traffic antagonized drivers, and critics said it harmed the anti-pullout cause. So this time organizers chose a more passive protest to get the attention of the nation, and there were no major traffic disruptions.
