Police have arrested several right-wing nationalists who were allegedly planning to disrupt water and electricity supplies, in protest over the Gaza pullout. "We will carry out preventive arrests whenever needed,” said Internal Security Minister Gideon Ezra. “There is not one case where a preventive arrest has been made without a just cause."
