In a fatal suicide bombing attack Tuesday evening in Netanya, three women were killed, and more than 90 were wounded. The attack happened when 18-year-old Ahmed Sami Abu Hali from the village of Atil near Tulkarm, crossed an intersection near in front of the Sharon shopping center during rush hour and blew himself up. Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the attack while the Palestinian Authority condemned the attack. In response to the attack, IDF forces have taken control the Palestinian town of Tulkarm in order to hit Islamic Jihad hard, Israel Radio reported.
