Jerusalem exhibit teaches children about physics

Monday, July 18, 2005 |

“Toys and Physics,” an exhibition at Jerusalem’s Bloomfield Science Museum, gives children hands-on opportunities to understand basic physics. One exhibit uses a doll to show how centrifugal forces make her braids fly upwards. Visitors can also insert a feather into wooden rings, send them on a conveyor belt and have them float to the ground like a bird landing in a field.
