Five people treated for shock following Kassam rocket attack

Tuesday, July 26, 2005 |

While Kassam rockets frequently land in the southern Negev town of Sderot, just north of the Gaza Strip, the residents have not become accustomed to them. After a Kassam exploded in their neighborhood early this morning, five people were treated for shock. Though there were no casualties, the rocket damaged several cars. The number of Kassam rockets fired on Israeli towns has increased drastically in the past two weeks.
