Recent University of Maryland graduate Harris Cohen is afraid of flying, but he didn’t let that prevent him from fulfilling his lifelong dream of visiting Israel. After four boat and two train rides, Cohen finally landed in Tel Aviv. Though the trip took 21 days from New York to Tel Aviv, Cohen only plans to stay in Israel one month. He’s not only visiting family, he’s also taking classes at the Kosher Culinary Institute in Jerusalem.
