Ten-year-old boy shot in the head by Palestinian terrorists

Sunday, August 07, 2005 |
Palestinian terrorists opened fire on an Israeli car in northern Samaria en route to the Jewish community of Ateret near the settlement of Ofra, critically wounding a 10-year-old boy. The wounded driver managed to make it to Ateret, where Magen David Adom paramedics treated the boy, before he was airlifted to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem. Soldiers pursuing the terrorists found their abandoned car, which they’d set on fire, before escaping on foot. Al-Aksa Martyrs’ Brigades claimed responsibility for the attack. The boy is listed in very serious, but stable condition.
