Two Israelis wounded in drive-by shooting

Wednesday, August 10, 2005 |

Two Israelis were wounded in a drive-by shooting attack in the southern Hebron hills, as they approached the Shim’s checkpoint. While Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said the shooting attack is terrorist-related, the police haven’t ruled out criminal motives, as the police know the driver. This was the second shooting attack in the past three days in Judea and Samaria. The IDF said they’re expecting more attacks as the evacuation approaches.
