More Israeli air strikes in Gaza

Tuesday, September 27, 2005 |

Israel launched air strikes in the Gaza Strip for the fourth straight day, pounding bridges, roads and buildings used by Palestinian terrorists. Troops detained more than 90 terrorists in Judea and Samaria, bringing the total of arrests this week to around 400. Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz said there are new rules of engagement, now that Israel has pulled out of Gaza. "We will hit them and hit them and hit them...until our children can sleep in peace," Mofaz told Israel Radio.
