Summit postponed

In the wake of the Palestinian rocket attacks and subsequent Israeli raids, a summit meeting between Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas planned for next week has been postponed. Both sides agreed that the time is not right for a meeting. "We want to come out with a successful summit, so this summit will be held when the preparation is ready," said Palestinian chief negotiator Saeb Erekat.
