Last week Russian military experts arrived in the Gaza Strip and already started to train Palestinian security forces in various fields, to help them to enforce law and order, the Palestinian Authority revealed yesterday. This is the first time for Russians to arrive in PA-controlled areas. Later these experts will also help train security forces in the West Bank.
