Palestinian dies in Gaza land clash

A 17-year-old Palestinian boy died and several other people were wounded in clashes between Arab clans trying to claim the former Jewish towns in Gaza on Friday. This was the first death since scuffles between competing clans began when the last Israeli troops pulled out of Gaza on Sept. 12. Tribal leaders have staked out private land they say was theirs before Israel claimed it during its 38-year presence in the Gaza Strip.
