Security guard dies saving innocent bystanders

When Haim Amram, 26, noticed a suspicious looking man with a large backpack, the mall security guard rushed to avert as many deaths as possible. He was killed in the process as he pulled the terrorist toward a wall and blocked him with his body before the bomber set off his explosives. Four other innocent bystanders were killed in the suicide bombing outside of a Netanya mall, a coastal town 20 minutes north of Tel Aviv. Dozens of people were injured. The United States demanded the Palestinian Authority act against Islamic Jihad which claimed responsibility for the attack and said Syria should close the group's facilities in Damascus. Meanwhile, Israeli security forces are gearing up to retaliate against Islamic Jihad terror cells. Lotfi Abu Saada, 23, carried out the attack.
