The head of Hamas’s terrorist faction in Tulkarem was killed by the Israeli army when he opened fire with two weapons, wounding a soldier. Tabeth Salah al Din was responsible for not only the administration of Hamas in Tulkarem, but also for preparing bombs used in attacks against Israel. The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) uncovered a bomb factory that contained 22 pounds (10 kilograms) of explosives, homemade bombs, and electrical detonation components. Hamas told the Arab news channel al-Jazeera they plan on avenging their leader’s death.
