An Israeli official said that even if Marwan Barghouti, the jailed leader of the Fatah organization, won in elections tomorrow, he would not be a minister in the Palestinian Authority. Convicted in the murders of several Israelis, Barghouti on Sunday gave an interview to the Arab TV station al-Jazeera from his prison cell.
