Israeli Rescue teams to Nairobi

Israel Rescue teams flew to the capital city of Kenya, Nairobi, to assist in extricating about 250 building workers trapped in a collapsed building. More than 80 members of the Israeli Home Front rescue team are taking part in the mission. The vice president of Kenya requested help from Israel. In 1998 Israeli rescue teams took part in an effort to save lives after the terrorist attack on the US Embassy in Nairobi.
