Police prevented two teenagers from committing suicide on Thursday. Police were alerted by a post on an Internet chat room by a 15-year-old girl from Kfar Saba near Tel Aviv who planned to kill herself. The officers arrived at the girl’s home to find that she already swallowed eight pills. She was taken to the hospital for treatment. In another chat room, police found that a 14-year-old girl wanted to kill herself because her father had raped her. Police are currently investigating the claims.
