In a joint operation, the Shin Bet (Israel’s Security Services) and Israeli army arrested 34-year-old Ibrahim Alikam and 35-year-old Ibrahim Hani in Ramallah who were responsible for murdering Ita Tzur and her son Ephraim in 1996. After the attack, the two were arrested by the Palestinian Authority and sentenced to life in prison, but were released. On Tuesday night, they were found with knife and two loaded pistols. Tzur’s husband thanked security forces for capturing the terrorists. “I knew this day would come,” he said.
