The Israeli Air Force fired missiles at an Islamic Jihad launching squad transporting rockets in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, killing 10 and wounding more than 20. Initial reports claimed that two children were among the dead. The Air Force fired two missiles: The first missed its target, and the second struck the vehicle. The Israel Defense Forces said that the militants were on their way to fire Katyusha rockets, which have a longer range than the homemade Qassam rockets usually fired from Gaza. In the Gaza hospital’s morgue, a woman shouted “Death to Israel, Death to the occupation!”
