Rocket barrages hit the north

After rocket barrages hit Nahariya this morning killing one woman as a result of a direct hit on a residential building, rocket barrages also hit the northern communites throughout the day.

A katyusha fell near the central bus station in the northern town of Safed in the afternoon, wounding 12 people and causing heavy damage. Residents were told to enter their security shelters. Residents of other communities north of Acre were also called to take shelter.

Hizballah has claimed that if Beirut is bombed, Haifa will be targeted.
