Ministers are demanding that the government provide economic assistance for the residents who live in the north and surrounding areas.

Minister of Tourism Itzhak Hertzog said the government should provide economic support urgently to the tourism branches, agriculture, services and industries in the north and surrounding regions.

“It’s impossible to leave employers and workers with this great uncertainty and there is an urgent need to provide them with reasonable financial assistance,” said Hertzog.
