Five Palestinian fugitives were arrested by Israel Defense Forces in overnight operations throughout Judea and Samaria. A Tanzim operative was arrested in Hebron and found with a Kalashnikov rifle and a knife. IDF troops were fired on in Ramallah during an operation; no one was wounded.
