Minister of Pensioners Affairs Rafi Eitan (Gil), and member of the Security Cabinet, is calling to prepare the civil defense systems against an Iranian missile attack.

During a visit to the north, Eitan said that based on the statements made by Iranian President Ahmadinejad, Israel must be prepared for the possibility it would be attacked by Iran.

Eitan suggested to immediately prepare all bomb shelters and protective areas across the country in anticipation of a possible conflict with Iran. According to him, if there will be any deterioration in relations between the United States and Iran, the first to be attacked would be Israel.
